Chef Lea Cookson is our chef extraordinaire! Her creativity and thinking outside the box brings a fresh new level of ideas and experience to Elevated Catering.  Chef Lea, originally from Springfield, Virginia has been in Colorado for 8 years. After attending college at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, earning a Bachelor’s in Business Management and an Associates in Science in the Culinary Arts, she explored different areas in the food industry before settling on her favorite of them all, catering.  


She is continually dreaming of new flavor combinations and presentations to create your perfect menu. Her innovation, balanced with years of catering experience, reaps tasty rewards.  With her calm professionalism, and fun spirit, you will receive a catering experience that is truly elevated.  Her years of weddings, corporate, cocktail and holiday catering experience she has now found a home at Elevated Catering with a fantastic team.
