At Elevated Catering, we rise to your occasion.  An important part of our service is listening to you, so that we understand your vision perfectly.  What sets us apart from other caterers is that we will not ask you to pick and choose from pre-set menus or lists.  We will not tell you “here’s what we can do.” Rather, we adopt an attitude of, “how can we achieve your vision?” This is why we custom create every menu. It is also why we never limit ourselves to certain preferred venues; we go where you want us.  That could be on the ski slopes, in your backyard, beside a beautiful mountain lake, or at one of the area’s premier event spaces.  Would you like us to recreate a special dish you enjoyed years ago, or would you enjoy a custom cocktail crafted just for your occasion?  These are the types of special touches you will receive with our elevated experience.  Our desire is to create a truly unique and completely enjoyable occasion.
